New or returning to Warframe? Choose your next step

Choose one goal for this session

Write down your latest completed quest and one thing you want to do next. For a new account, the official starting advice emphasizes main quests, Junctions and Mods. You do not have to tackle every open-world activity immediately.

For a returning account, begin with something familiar. Spend a short session relearning movement and your loadout before turning an expansion list into a to-do list. Decide what would make today enjoyable: understanding a mission, trying a weapon, or finding someone to play with.

If you feel weak, show the build

Tell a helper which mission is difficult, what equipment you are using, and which Mods are equipped. A rank alone leaves out the information someone needs to help. Ask for one affordable change to try, using resources you already have, before chasing a completely different setup.

Mastery Rank is account progression, separate from equipment rank. Releveling the same equipment ranks after Forma does not award that Mastery again. The official Mastery explanation is linked below.

Ask a question someone can answer

I last completed [quest]. I want help with [mission or goal]. I am using [equipment and Mods], and I usually play [hours and time zone]. Could someone explain the next step without later story spoilers? I prefer [text or voice].

Share only the details needed for the problem. A helpful reply should explain why a change helps and let you choose your own pace. If a guide assumes equipment or systems you do not recognize, ask for an earlier alternative.

Find support that matches your routine

Ask a prospective clan whether questions are welcome, when helpers are around, and whether beginner sessions or spoiler-separated channels exist. A beginner-friendly label is a starting point for that conversation. Browse new-player-friendly clans and compare actual playing windows.

Finish your session with a small next step you can remember. You can return to the player questions for quick answers or use the clan application checklist when you want a regular community.
