Warframe clan recruitment guide
A practical recruitment process for players and leaders: clear requirements, suitable applications, reliable contacts, and useful follow-up.
Recruitment is a matching process
A strong recruitment process helps people decide whether they belong before either side invests much time. Players need an honest picture of normal clan life. Leaders need enough information to assess fit without turning a hobby into a lengthy interview. Start with the same questions on both sides: when do you play, what do you enjoy, and what participation can you realistically sustain?
For players: send a useful first message
Include your platform, active hours with a time zone, experience level, and the activities you want to share. Mention any important preference, such as optional voice chat or a flexible absence policy. Ask whether recruitment is open today. A short, specific message is easier to answer than “invite me” and less intrusive than sending personal information that nobody needs.
Use directory filters to find relevant profiles. An Unclaimed label means the information came from a public source; check it directly before relying on it.
For leaders: make the next step obvious
Describe the community you actually run, including its quiet periods. State who can apply, where to apply, and who responds. Give prospective members one clear contact route. Separate essential requirements from preferences and explain any inactivity rule in ordinary language. Keep public invites and recruitment status current.
Close the loop after the invitation
Tell successful applicants where to introduce themselves and how to find their first group. Give rejected applicants a brief, respectful answer where practical. If several otherwise suitable players leave quickly, review the gap between your recruitment message and their first week rather than simply advertising more often.
Leaders can list a clan or maintain an existing profile. Players can publish a Recruit Me profile; read the form carefully because published player information is public.
