What the Dojo is for

The Dojo is the clan’s shared in-game space. Facilities and decoration make it both a practical destination and an expression of the community. When comparing clans, ask how members actually use it: a beautiful showcase and an easy-to-navigate everyday home are different strengths, and a community may care about both.

Plan your first visit

Official support explains that joining or creating a clan provides a Dojo Key blueprint, built through the Foundry. Ask a member to show you the useful destinations once you have access. Make a short list of the places relevant to your goals instead of trying to memorize every room.

Useful first questions include where to find help, how members organize tours, and whether the clan has a simple map or room naming convention. You do not need to understand a decoration project’s full history to take part respectfully.

Look beyond screenshots

A recruitment screenshot shows a moment and a viewpoint. Ask whether the advertised facilities are available to ordinary members and whether any project is still in progress. If building is your main interest, discuss permissions and the approval process before offering major work. A visitor should not assume they can rearrange shared spaces.

For leaders: make the space welcoming

Create a short orientation note that answers common questions in the order new members ask them. Identify a contact for research questions and a different contact for large building proposals if responsibilities are split. Use consistent room names and avoid making essential instructions depend only on a voice conversation.
