How to maintain your Warframe clan listing

Claim or submit the right profile

Search the directory before creating a new listing. An Unclaimed entry may already represent your clan from public recruitment information. Use its claim route if you are authorized to represent the community. For a new clan, use List your clan. Avoid creating duplicates to bypass an ownership review.

Find your management controls

Sign into the account associated with your clan and use Manage listing in the navigation or the listing manager. The footer also links to management. If the expected profile is missing, check which account you connected and contact support with the listing URL; never send your password.

Site management access does not change your in-game rank or Discord server permissions. Handle those responsibilities separately when leadership changes.

Review the details applicants rely on

• Recruitment open or closed, and current application route.
• Accepted platforms, main language, and playing hours.
• Requirements, inactivity rules, and voice expectations.
• Research claims and any relevant exceptions.
• Member count, artwork, and the people handling applications.

Review after a meaningful change and at a regular interval your team can sustain. A stale invite can waste more applicants’ time than an imperfect banner design.

Describe the clan in its own words

Use concrete examples of everyday activity and explain who will feel at home. Upload artwork you are entitled to use, then preview on mobile as well as desktop. The profile should help a player decide whether to contact you, not overwhelm them with repeated recruitment slogans.

If you stop representing the clan, arrange a handover through support. For optional promotion on your own website, use the Listed on Warframe Clan Finder badge. It is a directory link, not an endorsement or a requirement for being listed.
